What are you covered for?
The care plan provides cover for a comprehensive range of household accidents that result in damage or staining to your furniture. Following the delivery of your furniture you will receive a document detailing this and also how to make a claim. It's important to recognise that you're not covered for a lack of care of your furniture or abuse, and multiple stains and damages sustained over an extended period of time are similarly not covered.

Structural damage
- frame warpage and breakage
- peeling of veneered or laminate finishes
- lifting or peeling of the hide on leather furniture
- broken zips, castors and buttons
- bending and breakage of metal components
- failure of recliner mechanisms including electrical motors and associated electric components
Significant exclusions
- commercial use
- deliberate damage
- abuse of neglect
- removal or odours
- wear and tear
- natural characteristics of leather
- fading of fabric and materials
- accumulated multiple stains

Orders from Delux Deco cost less at up to 60% OFF. All our items come direct from the factory and goods are all made on demand. There are no middlemen, we don't stock goods and all orders come from the factory, directly to you. By cutting out all the costs and middlemen we are able to offer better value and superior quality. However this does take upto 9 to 15 weeks. See the delivery time above as some items are faster delivery.

"In Production" – the goods are being made or sorted

"Shipping" – the goods are shipping and should be with you within 5-6 weeks
"Delivery" - the goods are about to arrive and we are arranging your delivery
