FREE 10 YEAR frame and springs guarantee
If within a period of 10 years from the date of delivery, any of our sofas should develop a fault in the frame as a result of defective components or workmanship, we will undertake to repair or replace (where necessary) free of charge.
For more serious problems whereby items may be required to be fixed in the workshop, transportation is free of charge in the first year.
Delux Deco offers this service by Homeserve.com, an independent and experienced national repairs service company.
General Warranty
Upholstered interiors, ( foam, fibre & feathers etc.) and cover (includes leather) - 12 months
Electrical Components, recliner mechanisms - 24 months
Sofa Frames - 10 years
The above applies to orders from 28/09/2016.
Prior to this, the Warranty for Frame & Springs was 5 Years and 12 months for Electrical components.

Components at Cost Price
For anything outside the scope of our guarantee, we are happy to offer component parts at the basic factory cost + delivery.

Payments
All payments are security-enabled for 256-bit encryption. Please note the encryption is active when entering any transactional area on this website, as confirmed by the Green Lock and https on the top left, by the URL. Any data sent over the internet is highly encrypted and our own servers are housed in an ultra-secure data warehouse in London, continuously monitored by one of the world's leading companies to ensure total security. We do not store any credit card details even if taken by phone. All credit card details taken over the phone are destroyed immediately and not held.
Credit card security
If you buy goods or services on your credit or debit card, you have extra protection if things go wrong compared with paying by cash or cheque. Credit cards come with the greatest protection, as you can make a claim against your card provider under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
The Consumer Credit Act contains important provisions, including your rights in relation to your credit files, and the extra protection you get when you pay for something with a credit card. Section 75 covers items costing £100 and up to £30,000. Most credit cards come with free protection for faulty, doesn't do what it's supposed, or is not what you ordered or you didn't receive the item insurance. Please check with your credit provider for specific details.
Terms & Conditions – Your Guarantees
The cover does not apply:
- The 10 warranty cover only applies to orders placed on or after 28/09/2016.
- The cover period starts from the date of delivery.
- Upon making a claim you, the customer, will be liable to a (non-refundable) callout labour cost of £50 plus VAT after the first year.
- The cover does not include accidental or deliberate damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or abuse of furniture.
- The cover does not apply to items: not sold as new, on clearance or part of our outlet section online, for example ex-display items, where a 1 year manufacturing guarantee will apply.
- The cover is only available to the individual named on the original order. If you sell or transfer the product to someone else then the guarantee period will end.
- The cover does not apply to goods where any alteration or repair has been carried out without our prior written approval.
- The cover applies to Mainland UK & Ireland, only.
- Delux Deco Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Accidental damage cover is available in-store and online and provided by Staingard Warranty Group ( A trading name of Homeserve Furniture Repairs Ltd ) . Claims under the Staingard policy must be direct to Staingard Warranty Group. Terms & Conditions and details will be on the policy certificate sent to you, once goods are delivered.
