The Novell leather recliner armchair is a super comfy, good night la la land recliner sofa which is awesome for movies or just contemplating life's mysteries. Finished in luxury top grain leather which is easy to maintain, tough and resistant to marks & stains.

Construction and build

Frame: solid wood and plywood, glued screwed and re-enforced at all structural areas- Free 10 Year Guarantee.

Feet: Hidde black.

Base upholstery: Full Zig Zag metal sprung upholstery with high quality reflex foam and premium leather finish.

Premium Top Grain Leather 1.1 - 1.3mm

A top grain leather sofa is a great choice if you want a hard wearing, durable and easy to clean sofa. It makes an ideal choice for a busy family home with young children and pets.

A great feature of this leather is that if liquid, such as coffee, is spilt onto your sofa the pigmented coating will resist absorption long enough for you to be able to wipe it down with a damp cloth.

The pigment coating has a great resistance to light and will not fade as rapidly as dyes that are often used to colour unfinished leathers, such as aniline leather.

One power source required for the recliner.

NB: The Snow White colour is a custom option. Other finishes availabe in store such as red, bordeaux or salsa red.

Deliveries

Delux Deco offers all its products made to order or direct from the factory to minimise the cost to the consumer. By not pre-stocking goods and cutting out the middlemen, we are able to pass on the savings to our customers in the form of discounts of up 70% OFF.
Deliveries range from 9-15 weeks, 6-8 weeks and 2-3 weeks. Please view the delivery time for your product on the Product Details tab, just left of the Delivery tab. The delivery time is indicated nearer the bottom of the page

You've placed and order - What will happens next?

Once an order is placed the status is set as "Processing" which is now PAID and we will then be emailing you updates over the lifespan of your order to keep you informed of the status.
The next status is"in Production"and this can be 3-4 weeks.
From this point we arrange for goods that are already manufactured to be scheduled into shipments and the status is set to "Ready to Ship"This is a sea freight from the far reaches of the world and not to be confused with delivery. This period can be up to 2 weeks.
The most important status is"Shipping" because your goods are now on a confirmed vessel and will arrive with our logistics partner in approximately 4-5 weeks. NB: We quote arrival dates which are ETA and this may vary a few days here or there because of variables such as weather or UK customs requirements. This usually falls on schedule, but please allow us some degree of latitude regarding specific arrival dates.
Once arrived with our carrier in the UK our delivery partner will contact you within 3-7 days to arrange your delivery. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks from this point dependent on where you are based in the UK. If you have any queries please call, email us of use our chat online to get a more up to date estimate of delivery.
Please note: We operate system that is designed to deliver you the absolute best value possible. We make every attempt to get the goods to you as soon as possible and we are always seeking ways to have more goods arrive quicker for our customer’s convenience. Most of our orders are around 12 weeks.

Orders from Delux Deco cost less at up to 60% OFF. All our items come direct from the factory and goods are all made on demand. There are no middlemen, we don't stock goods and all orders come from the factory, directly to you. By cutting out all the costs and middlemen we are able to offer better value and superior quality. However this does take upto 9 to 15 weeks. See the delivery time above as some items are faster delivery.

"Shipping" – the goods are shipping and should be with you within 5-6 weeks

"Delivery" - the goods are about to arrive and we are arranging your delivery

Why are your prices so much lower ?

Delux Deco offers goods at up to 60% OFF high street prices because all our items come direct from the factory and goods are made on demand.

There are no middlemen, we don't stock goods and all orders come from factory ,directly to our customers. By cutting out all the overheads, we can pass significant cost savings to our customers.
Does the entire sofa come in chosen leather ?

All our sofas feature the chosen leather on all wearable parts. Non wearable parts and parts that do not receive physical touch and areas that are mostly unseen such as the back and some side panels may use synthetic leather in a 100% matching colour. These parts do not receive any wear or touch. This is industry standard and we can quote separately for 100% full leather, if so desired.
How long does delivery take ?

Delivery times vary from product to product so please see the delivery time indicated in the product description with each product.
How can I track my order ?

You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order as we email and SMS regular updates. We will inform you when your purchase is being produced, ready to ship, shipping and when the item/s is ready for delivery. You would automatically have an account with us and may login at any time to view the latest details.
What is the warranty on the products ?

We offer a 10 year frame and springs guarantee for all sofas plus 2 years on recliners & electrical. Please see our warranty page for further details.
What about returns ?

We offer FREE returns at the point of delivery allowing you to inspect and test your goods. You also have 14 days by law to return any goods. Please retain all the original packaging and contact us by email support@deluxdeco.co.uk in the unlikely event of a return.
Can I request samples ?

Please see the swatch link at the bottom of the product description and order your samples. Most fabric samples are free whilst we request a refundable deposit for leather booklets.
